THanks, will keep you updated!. I have a good feeling.

2 quick questions:

1. What is the reasoning for doing 20min prework and 20min postwork of cardio for the cutting routine.
2. For your strenght.5x5 routine...How would it be beneficial.....

for example..
Bench press

my 1rm= 255
255x75% = 190lbs.
190x5 would be my last set..
How will i get stronger when i can EASILY do 5sets of 5 @ 205lbs. ? if im doing 190x5 for my last set....

The plan is 90%, not 75%. See the plan below:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=345300636
5x5 plan

Secondly, as for cardio pre/post - pre is for warmup, and post is for taking advantage of already depleted glycogen stores for fat loss.

My skin lately has been getting really itchy lately. I don't have any allergies and I doubt poison ivy any suggestions?

It's mainly near my knees/arms

5x5 for the first 4-6 months. Then hypertrophy after that for the next 4-6 months

Ok thanks.

But last question. I may be at 180pounds, 6'2 but I have some fat accumulated on my stomach that I want to get rid off.
Are you sure that the 5x5 plan with the diet mentionned with it will help me get rid of that extra fat sitting on my stomach?

Can't wait to get started if it is!

yeah that one contained an error in the math, so I had to remake it.

Could be dry skin, psoriasis or even a seasonal allergy.

I am voting for the first two choices moreso.

Try using Witch Hazel directly on the area, and about 10 minutes later apply a good moisturizer to the location - this will help dry skin

If you have psoriasis (if the skin is scaling, appears white/chalky/dry, and flaking) then you need to buy some psoriasin and apply it directly to both areas as directed on the packaging.

If neither of those work, get back to me or see a doctor.

Your body frame requires a good amount of added lean mass in order to boost your metabolism. You are not a candidate for a cutting cycle. You need to gain a lot of lean mass first, and then you can begin cycle if necessary. For now though, the plan and diet will probably allow you to lose a tiny bit of fat, and gain considerable lean mass.

edit: if you feel you are gaining fat, increase cardio by 20 mins a day (HIIT post-workout or in the morning) and decrease calories by about 300.

What's your thoughts on switching between 1 month strength low rep, 1 month medium rep range focus (5-8), and 1 month high rep range (10-14) cycling that year round?

I like the idea of switching things around a bit every 4 weeks, since things can get boring (particularly low rep strength training).

Hi I have a quick question regarding ny neck, I just went through a wrestling practise for the first time in a while, and today my neck is super tight and sore.

Like it hurts to turn to the left or right. I was wondering if you could give me some information to what i can do to make the tightness/soreness go away.

-Thank you
