What’s the old business adage: “measure what matters”

If you don’t measure it, it don’t matter enough for you to care about results. You’d be surprised what that extra 300 calories or what eating outside macros could do to you.

Well to be fair I lost 30 pounds in the past without calc

I'm aware of the diet part, thats why I didnt ask for it.....

If I were you I’d go for an hour walk a day and eat better

Then once you have lost weight and feel more confident, join a gym

Or just join a gym

Home workouts are completely shit unless you have a bunch of equipment

“I wanna stop losing my teeth. I know meth is bad but how do i stop losing my teeth while continuing to smoke meth” is basically what you’re asking.

Go to therapy and figure out why you eat bad.

Change your diet, working out isn’t going to make you lose weight without filling out all the other boxes. Make sure you’re getting adequate sleep, fix your diet, and literally do simple aerobic movement like walking and jogging.
