Your welcome :),
at first i have to mention that this "Special" specc is mainly focused on having a strong Main Char which is also abled to use all crafting cards in all different combinations (for Pa (Fix it good + Power Patcher)).
You wont be able to max out the dmg of Explosive Weapons (except PvP Pa Specc) or neither is this for a Vats /Crit Build.
Your main dmg comes from your Mutations and bloodied weapons (Raw Dmg).
For the PvE Speccs i highly recomment to use Bloodied; Fire Rate weapons. Ofc you can use Explo aswell but you wont reach the max dmg for it(Same counts for Crit Weapons).
Here we go:
PvE Heavy PA -
https://nukesdragons.com/fallout76/perks?v=1&s=f3646bb&d=c72l71lu2lt2eu0ek1ee1a72sq2s32sr2s22sx2pe2ip2ir2a04s72ls2&w=eh2ce0e20er2eg1es2c81cd1cs1cm0cu0sg2s82p52pm2an2a91ao0&n=Standard%20Heavy%20PA&m=128bcdefh
Weapons to look for:
Antiarmor; Quad; Bloodied
PA:
doenst really matter wich setup.
"PvP" Heavy PA -
https://nukesdragons.com/fallout76/perks?v=1&s=f3646bb&d=c72l71lu2lt2a72sq2s32sr2s22sx2ls2pq1pj0eh2ee1ib4i10a12a82an1&w=sg2s82la2&n=Standard%20Heavy%20PA%20(PvP)&m=128bcdefh
Weapons to look for:
Antiarmor; Double Shot
PA:
T51 with Protocols + Stealthboy + Jetpack on Torso (You will need 3 Torsos^^) / Kinetic Servos or Optimized Servos on Legs / HUD on Head
Note
: For a better Heavy PvP Specc you will actually need 8 Intelligence but, yes so is it^^ Take your poison. (You could remove 1 Point Perception and 1 Point Endurance but i dont think its worth, depends on you how often you play PvP)
PvE Shotgun PA -
https://nukesdragons.com/fallout76/perks?v=1&s=f3646bb&d=c72l71lu2lt2la2eu0ek1ee1su2sd2so2sp2sg2pc2ir2id2a72as2a04&w=eh2ce0e20er2eg1es2c81cd1cs1cm0cu0s12pe2&n=Standard%20Shotgun%20PA&m=128bcdefh
Items:
Same as PvE Heavy PA
PvE Fist Non PA -
https://nukesdragons.com/fallout76/perks?v=1&s=f3646bb&d=c72l71lu2lt2ss2se2s92sg2sf2pe2ej4eh0ir2i42a04am2la2a72&w=pd0pk0pl0a42a91ao0&n=Standard%20Fist%20NonPA&m=128bcdefhg
This is my fav specc for PvE Content but also the most expensivest.
Look for Weapons like DeathClawGauntlet; Power Fist or Meat Hooks.
For the armor i highly recommend using Unyielding stuff (Consider as Core).
I hope it helps a bit
In the end you have to find your own playstyle. There is more or less no wrong /false in this game.
I think this specc is a good standard STR Build (Str is perfect for beginners :)).
If you have more questions, just ask.
Best regards

When it comes that there is no "Main Card" available while lvl up, you can go for "Quality of Life" Cards

I may have miss 1 or 2 ^^

is there any difference between lets say Slugger perk and Expert Slugger perk, both give same bonuses?
