If you want to get rid of your guild you need to find a new buyer and sell it to that person.
Feel free to put it up for Sale in the Donor Forums or in General Chat, simply make a thread and let other know that you are selling your guild.
After you have found a buyer, you need to follow these instructions.

Step 1:
Old owner accepts the new owner into the guild.
Step 2:
The new owner sends the FG that goes to the old owner to a Mediator
as well as 1000 fg for the guild xfer and 500 fg for the namechange.

Step 3:
The new owner pm's the mediator with the desired name for the guild, as well as an alternate choice.
Step 4:
Then both owners wait until njaguar has changed the owners.
Step 5:
The mediator now will send the old owner the FG.
