Step 1:
Old owner accepts the new owner into the guild.

Step 2:
The new owner sends the FG that goes to the old owner to a Mediator
As well as 1000 fg for the guild xfer and 500 fg for the namechange.
* The 500 fg is ONLY required if you want to have a name change!

Step 3:
The new owner pm's the mediator with the desired name for the guild, as well as an alternate choice.

Step 4:
Then both owners wait until njaguar has changed the owners.

Step 5:
The mediator will now send the old owner the FG.
