Who is willing to help me with a 2 year old Harassement going on on this site?

Appearently Blocking the user(s) didnt help.
Ignoring the posts fr a long time didnt work.
Replying to the posts has proven to help the most. At least it stops for a small time, until they get bored again.

Tried to message every single moderator, admin, trade moderator.
And it seems like the reports are getting Straight up Ignored.

Compared to my 30% warn(which I got back then, when I reported this in public because noone took care of it), this user shouldve had 50% warn now, but of coruse he doesnt even have 10% from weekly spamming my paid trade topics,
And other topics........

Just ridicolous.

2 Years of harassing on a site, Nothing is being done to stop it, and of course that means he is free to do whatever he wants, so he wont learn from his mistakes.

repling to spam is also considered as spam so if you think you're in the right for doing that, you're wrong -- you're just adding fuel to the fire

if as you mentioned above is true, the only thing you can do is gather these posts the user is harassing you in and compile them into a pm then send it to the appropriate moderator (trade moderator if it's in the trading grounds, junior moderator if it's in a discussion forum)
when you have reported it all you can do is move on, and not worry about it any more.

even though you may not see it, actions will be taken against the harassing user

Hi. In case of your topics being spammed, I will advice you to refer to d2jsp Trading Rules.

^_^
I dont think you have any idea what has happened the past 2 years.
No actions has been taken. It is Very clear.

Replying to spam will get you 30% warn and 60 days suspended.
Spamming, harassing, blackmailing, and continue to spam for 2 eyars - 0% warn - maybe One day suspended in total!

The only guidance i can give in your case is to

- Keep reporting all the spam and flame post by using the report button inside your topic.
- Keep ignoring all the Spam and don't pay attention to them
- Stay patient

Also keep gathering as many evidences/proof as possible and PM the appropriate staff member.

Trade Moderator > When offense take place in trading ground
Junior Moderator > When offense take place in non-trading ground.

One of the common misconception about reporting Spam/Flame, is that the Staff aren't taking action against user as their warn count stay the same.
I know in your case that you've already been following these but they always eventually take action against rules breaking user (Whether you see it or not) Just stay patient, keep reporting and it will eventually be dealt with.

When sending a report, it's really important to stay polite and patient with the staff, they deal with a lot of similar cases everyday and they got lot of work on their shoulder.
Bottom line, the way you deal with your case and the quality of your report will make the differences when it come to action taken against a user.

Thanks. I know.
Been doing everything of this for the past 2 years.
Will try again for a couple more years. Logging every single of their spam. :-)

Cheers.

Ignore it, report it and keep doing whatever you were doing, consider it a free bump.
The trick is to only worry about your own actions, do not be concerned about other peoples actions or consequences.
