Sorry if this is a beginner question, but could someone explain what Lost Pages are and which game they’re for? Also, is it possible to buy them with real money and then sell them here for forum gold?

You are welcome to trade your in-game items for forum gold across the forum, yes. Whether it be runescape gold and items, d2r runes and items, eternaltrial lost pages, cs skins, etc, you're welcome to post in the appropriate forum to offer to trade them in exchange for forum gold, or, post an ISO for those item(s) and offering forum gold you may have.
