If you were more specific about what your question is, I'm sure a staff member can point you in the right direction. Are you just waiting on FG? Do you have account security concerns? Do you have billing questions?

I bought $10 worth but do not need it anymore and would like to retract the purchase. Wondering what the process for that is...
