I know you guys have a lot of work to do supporting this forum and solving cases. You really do a great Job.
And I apologize for the extra work you will have now due to my post or service request.

I know it´s our own risk to trading and need to trust each other. but I have the feeling the scammers win in mostly maybe every situations.

In my case the scammer got enough time to squander my stolen 1000fg during my case was solving.
So was the possibility getting my money back from him expired. That is frustrating

How do you guys think about it freezing gold transfer directly after open the incident for accusant and indicter?
Maybe the victims don´t keep with empty hands and can have damage payment in case justice is on victims side.

Freezing someone’s funds as soon as an accusation is made wouldn’t be a good idea. It can get abused. My recommendation is always use a mediator. It’s fast, free, and secure:

Of course, it can be abused. That is why I suggested to lock both sides while the proofing is still in progress.

The possibility of getting your FG back doesn’t expire in most cases. Individuals who get locked/tagged have the opportunity to repay their scams. A lot of people do eventually seek to redeem their self by repaying their scams and getting unlocked/removing the scammer tag. Repaying is the first step in doing so.

As for immediately locking both parties for every case made the moment a topic is made, the type of man power to do something like that isn’t feasible not to mention majority of other victims may not want to be locked as well and it could be easily abused as Vibrations stated.

This is why the staff team highly encourages everyone to use a mediator as often as possible. It’s free and the new system in place for mediations is faster then ever.

If gold would get locked upon evry accusation inmediatly, it would be abused a lot. I think given the D2 circunstances, on JSP its done quite well within their borders, and considering that there is absolutly no "right", as we all deal with pixels.
