i cant attack nothing i click on monsters but i dont attack why? i also cant assign hot keys to special attacks

try pressing Q, you might have put your attack to charm by mistake.

for skills, you need to hold down ctrl, alt or shift and press on the one skill you have started to allocate it, but it need charges to work
