Probably the lack of xp boost like your edit suggests. Also maybe the previous event is still active on beta? That 32% exp cap was pretty crazy. I was seeing 3% xp gains off some kills while on the live version during it :)

i tested cooking and did not see abnormal xp gain that would match the event boost
don't think events are present this stage of beta

He said events are not running in Betta. He needs to redo the code for them because of the change or something along those lines

Crash bug fixed, Map with +Level Up % caused it. Sorry about that.

Ahhh that would make sense... then it would seem the cause of the faster leveling would indeed be due to the lack of class penalty associated with the higher classes used.

It's always been there, just now it tells you instead of silently failing. Tired of the false claims of lag. :p
