It's illegal to sell, buy, trade or give away runescape accounts; you can rent your account only for fg or gp.

Can you explain me that?,I cannot sell my account, but if I rent it? I do not understand.

Account Renting

If you are the owner of an account on OSRS servers, you can now rent it receiving in return forum gold or rsgp.
You can post an account renting topic under the service tab in the Runescape trading grounds.
