Hello, i just joined 1 week ago and i already got scam for 9k fg, i dont understand why there is no refund possible or anything to help people who get scam :

I understand than if a scammer have time to trade the stolen fg for items, it's hard to take back the fg to the legit trader (I mean in real life that what happens when people do bank fraud but w/e this is not real life here)

BUT most of the fg are used to be sold by scammers to random buyers out of the website. Since it's illegal to buy outside, these fg should be removed and refunded to the original owner...

W/e i'm not here to qq or blame the system.

My suggestion is : It would be great to add an insurance for people being scam. Like on each sales of FG on the website, you should take 0.01-0.05% of the total amount and saved it on a bank account focus on refunding people who have been scammed.

Like i tryharder so much for these 9K that not fair to just say, sorry your fg are gone, have a good day ++.

However, you should keep giving as much evidence as possible for the S/A team in your topic. In case he is proven of scammer, the only way that user has to get rid of its tag is by repaying what he has stolen. While it’s not always like that, some scammers end up repaying what they’ve scammed.

Sorry for this bad experience you’re going through - let me give you some piece of advice: always use a Mediator - https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=11 . Doesn’t matter who you are trading with, this is the way you won’t ever get scammed, and it’s worth the wait.

You get scammed out of fg...that fg actually goes to another trade. Taking that fg would harm a different user



You get scammed out of an item..... the fg that user had was scammed from someone else. Who gets the fg?



Too many issues, you got scammed.... use a Meditator or trade items for items

If you go to a store and buy a gallon of milk.

On your way home you stop for some gas

Whilst inside someone breaks into your vehicle and steals your milk.

What do you think the store is gonna say if you contact them?

That user looks like they already sent off the 9k FG, doubt he'll ever see it again.





Doordash will give you a refund of $50 credits if you say 2 burgers came pink instead of no pink. And Amazon will refund you hundreds if you say package never arrived (if you've been a loyal customer and it's your first or so time)

Yes you are. He's the victim in this case of a scam. And you're saying he shouldn't get his FG back because of an analogy of stolen milk from Walmart.

Drop a bottle outside a liquor store? The liquor store isn't going to replace it without another one being paid for.

Congrats on pointing out 2 gigantic "middleman" businesses whom aren't even the ones who make the products.

D2jsp is not at fault of the scam. Plus that would also open another can of worms in fake s/as.
