I think he can get good short term results, but imo he's not fit for big clubs and will be a failure in the mid-long run.

Because Valverde has no authority and so the players could do what they want. I already said this would be an issue when he was appointed... he was lucky that Neymar left that summer... had he stayed, the egos would have gobbled Valverde up in one season.
