there's an article yesterday about klopp's first 11 when he arrived and where they are now. i dont wanna use those scums as a comparison or maybe i just did.
but you get the picture. to clarify once and for all, i will support any United manager until they decide to go against our club's core values.

e/ pozer has a very practical pov and has his own opinion. maybe many shares his opinion. many also share mine.
i just hope for once, everyone stick together and support the team.

Why are you comparing Klopp, a serial winner who built up Dortmund team up from the ashes to conquer blundersliga and get to the CL final to Solsksjaer, who failed at Cardiff and won a couple of trophies in a third rate league?

Actually to think about it, it is a good comparison - when Liverpool sacked Rodgers, they're at the crossroads - appoint a former fan favourite in Hyypia or go all out for a proven, world class name - we've chosen the former, they had gone for the latter, that's why we're both now where we are and to make the matters worse, our squad at the time of Solsksjaer's appointment was/still is infinitely better than when Klopp first arrived at Liverpool.

And I'm not gonna stick together with someone is satisfied with mediocrity, underachievement and all around failure as long as the manager talks pretty game at the press conferences.

didnt you say the bundesliga is a league of farmers or something alone the line?
didnt we hire world class names lvg and jose. which names go bigger than jose in terms of trophies won?
pep is the answer and he is next door. unless your point is to keep hiring and firing proven managers?
by the way, no manager no matter how big or small his name is can get us to win trophies if we do not overhaul the team.

And yet if you look at how every manager performed at his role given his stature within the game, Jose ranks first and Solsksjaer at right at the bottom by considerable distance.

I'm only going to say this once - stop using the excuse of needing to overhaul the team, we've been doing that for the last 6 years and each season's the squad's getting weaker - this isn't a bad collection of players, otherwise they wouldn't have earned their moves to the club.

yes this is the one point that hammers home. no one can explain why di maria failed. why alexis failed. why pogba isnt playing his best every single week. and the list goes on.
are we cursed? everyone salivated at ole when the team was playing to their potential when he first came in. now he has failed too. but we have never really overhauled the team. only adding players on top of players.
this is the first real overhaul. rio vida giggsy etc dont really count.

Of course it's easy to understand - none of this players really wanted to come here, they're either forced out from their clubs (Di Maria, Pogba) or chose money over ambition (Sanchez).

Solskjaer's initial impact will now become one of football's greatest mysteries, alongside Leicester's league title.

If spending nearly £1bn on new players isn't overhauling the squad, I don't know what is

Take away PEA's goals and Arsenal are at our position more likely than not, but that's the difference - you have a world class striker capable of winning the matches on his own, we do not.

Very true, hes saving our season so far.

my understanding of overhaul is to clear every single player that is under performing and getting new players in.
but whatever, we aint here to talk about definition of overhauling.
the results have also affected me irl. time to get away. hopefully back for the next game.

I can confidently say I'm feeling least optimistic ever going into the game - crushing defeat at home against Liverpool and top 6 is done well before Christmas.
