Wouldnt be shocked to see a couple big name RFAs sit out part of this year. It's getting late, no deals yet for Marner, Laine, Point, Chucky... Definitely seems that these deals are hinging on Marner getting signed.

Laine would be happy, more Fortnite time! Sucks for others though, they probably wanna play badly and maybe even give in against their agents advice

How reliable is Eric Francis?
I read something the other day where he believed the MT deal would probably drag out into the first week or 2 of the season and likely be a short term (2yr) deal.

He the least credible guy who covers the flames. He’s a corporate shill for the team, he’s basically PR.
