probably 90s berserk for overall quality.

None of these are anywhere close to best of all time.

Would be way too difficult to pick a single show, but here are some of the best imo.

Hunter x Hunter 2011/Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (Best Shonen)
Deathnote / Monster (Best Drama/Psychological)
Berserk/Trigun (best 90s)

Plenty of others worth mentioning and I could do more categories or whatever, but ya, these shows are all 1000x better than any of the listed ones
