Kingdom is better than what you posted because it is based on History but is a sideline story, it has action, humor, emotion that people can identify with, Dragon Ball Z is just fantasy with action packed scenes. Naruto is action with a boy that learns to live with obstacles and overcomes them and befriends everyone he can while training hard, but again it is fantasy because he has what others don't have, 9 tails. Yugioh, mystical being trapped in a device handed down over time to overcome other devices used for ill purpose and the only way to win is play a card game, again, fantasy. Pokemon, a world of people collecting badges and creatures and helping them grow into more powerful creatures through bonds of friendship, decent story line for cartoons and kids, only good in our youth to help us grow with other like minded people that live sheltered lives, Castlevania, sorry don't get this at all, it is just a collection of all sorts. Last Air Bender... wow, another coalition of doing good over evil with the aid of elemental magic that only a few can use based on where they come from. ... All fantasy... yes they have their place somewhere, but, they are NOT the best anime of "ALL TIME"

This is why I like Kingdom.
Two orphan slaves taken in by general citizens (no rich, not poor, just regular) ... they see a battle, they use their time and dream of becoming soldiers to become generals, no special powers, just fighting each other over and over. Pure chance a lord passes and notices them, but, what catches his eye is only one of them, he buys this orphan slave... and from here on, the story gets better and better.

No fantasy, the background war strategies and everything is based on historical events of that country in and around that time period, actually it is after the more famous recorded events. It shows how an orphan slave battled his way during the war periods.

Kingdom is by far better than what you have listed.

Watched it, believe it is Manga series. Decent Animation series and enjoyed it.

What? Time never ends? Our definition of time could be different to others, it doesn't mean to say that time measured differently to ours doesn't mean it is not TIME?

Myan Calendar dates are times measured their way, I have read that there only used to be 10 months to a calendar year, I believe October and one other was introduced later on... someone could prove me wrong by looking this up... measurement of time changed over time... what is to say that it won't change again?

We go another step further, Earth is destroyed completely, our concept of time and measurement would be lost in that sense of time ending, however, time doesn't just revolve around Earth, it also doesn't mean that humans died out, they may have found a way to populate in space or on other planets etc.

Either way, time doesn't stop, it is a continuous cycle.

Shit, we could all just be characters created in a massive universal game played online by billions of entities that we are not aware of that control our daily lives making us think we have a will of our own... think of this concept, you look out as far as you can see, but you can not see the further, anything beyond that is with wall of fog like you see when playing games like DII with no Maphack, you have to clear everything... now that you have cleared everything, you have a map, but, you can not see further without using the map tool. Still, when they sleep, we sleep etc, but, we are still controlled by time.
