Everyone's entitled to their opinions, but Rogue wasn't good. None of them have been good movies. TFA was nothing but a carbon-copy ripoff of ANH. TLJ was laughable for lots of reasons and easily the worst of the newer movies. Rise wasn't bad tbh, but like the first Abraham's film, it played heavily on nostalgia and pandered to the audience throughout. Solo would have probably been a good movie if not for Emilia Clarke, I'm not sure how or why anyone keeps giving her roles, she's terrible. Rogue one had some solid elements. I especially enjoyed them explaining how a planet-killing entity like the Death Star could have such an exploitable weakness, and knowing it was purposefully designed as opposed to just a retarded over site, was a nice touch. That being said, I don't know how anyone could make themselves care about anyone involved in that film. The whole time I was waiting for these horribly one dimensional and unlikable characters to hurry it up and die already.
I have to disagree about solo. You can't say an entire movie was ruined because of the casting of a secondary character that has very little actual screen time. There are so many fucking issues with that movie, recasting one role wouldn't change anything that actually matters. Which is mostly the complete trash that apparently passes for a script these days.
