I've never read the books but seeing as the Song of Fire and Ice prophecy was allegedly talked about by Rhaegar in GoT it is pretty clear which line continues.

Daemon and Aemond (eye patch) are going to have an epic battle on dragon back, I can smell it.

This shit's boring. How many episodes ago we were hearing about how "if only rhaenyra were a man she could do whatever she wants"? Then we have the window exhibitionist creampie some servant and it's some kind of travesty??? Gotta make sure we establish rape = bad el oh el. Second episode where someone walks really slowly into a room in a totally unnecessary way (and then gets carried off later by 4 soldiers xD) The queen is a retard, one son is a retard, the other is an edgelord daemon v2, and the daughter seems like a fuckin airhead, the kings FINALLY dead, the white knight isnt dead, the old hooker got some screen time for uhhhh reasons? and the bee keeper simp stopped existing I guess Daemon straddling the fence between based and bleeding heart sissy is fucking stupid too when's he gonna regrow his balls.


When's something cool gonna happen??? Before the time skip everyone was freaking out about the kids and the throne and after the time skip it's the same shit.

I go back & forth with this show. I didn’t like it all that much initially, but now I’m really enjoying it. However with that being said, it’s almost exclusively political maneuvering with the two houses. Don’t get me wrong, GoT had a ton of that also, but there was other stuff going on as well. Way more characters & storylines. Perhaps I’m just romanticizing GoT because of nostalgia or whatever, but as much as I’m enjoying HoD it seems a lot…smaller.

Then again when you compare the GoT books with the Fire & Blood book it definitely makes sense. GoT encompasses multiple pretty lengthy books, where as everything that happens in HoD is a few short chapters in Fire & Blood.

Dance of the dragons is starting. You will see plenty of action soon enough, trust me. They've done a good job building up the characters and the story for everyone to understand. Now we see the divide and ultimately a nasty war...

Just hoping they execute these upcoming epic battles the right way.

I actually didn't love this episode 8,

Another time jump, so I think it's on purpose

For a build up,

Cuz they did a huge climax in episode 7 before the time jump right, the eye slashing

Eye patch tagaryan looks cool to me,

N he wass the runt of the litter but became the big man;

He seems like one of the strongest chess pieces on Green sidee atm, he's tactical, he understands royalty n war, n duty,

He tamed the largest dragon n conquered his fears,

Took his lost like a man;

Cole taught them to play dirty ; so the black hair kids won, it wasn't dirty, it was victory,; eyepatch kid smashed him with a rock
Eye patch boy is older n bigger n more well trained,
Cuz Cole is a asshole to the other kids,

Now we gotta form a attachment to these actors , cuz these ones are here to stay;..


Hope the actor foe older eye patch kid is way better,

Young eye patch kid , wasn't cool until he lost his eye

Aegon looks so much younger then eye patch brother,.

.house of dragons is like a 90s horror movie or 80s,

Hes one of the newer characters, n he uses traditional kung fu;.

Hes a dark skinned black man, with white dreads just like the sea snake

The TV show creators got influenced of this look from somewhere ;

Agreed, Matt Smith plays him very well. Daemon killing the Valereon in the throne room was pretty bad ass.
