I wouldn't. But when a trailer is posted, the usual thing for fans to do is discuss what we saw and what it could mean for the story.

My reason for asking the question was to see if there was any point trying to engage in such discussion (or if it was moot since any participant could simply google the plot and spoil it for first timers)

Its going to be a long running show imo

renewed before S2 airs, that must mean the critics must have loved it so much that there was no reason to wait and see how popular it is?

Felt like the show tries too hard to be gritty at times and there’s lots of needless vulgarity, still though it’s entertaining enough I suppose

The comic is 10x worse, they tone down the source material a lot. If they follow the comics at all, I'm thinking they'll get 3-4 seasons out of this and I hope they don't run it into the ground.
