i havent used that in cooking steak yet. normally just regular salt haha

Had another 2" inch beast left in the freezer

Salt flake, ground pepper, garlic powder and butter
Cooked 3.5 hour at 133f sous vide and coal seared 45 sec each side

Also fries are home made air fried russet potatoes with duck fat and montreal steaks spices
