me? when I cook steak i just use the basics.

Salt, pepper, rosemary, and occasionally garlic.

I don't make my food entirely taste of sodium so we may have a different definition of good cooking.

First of all its premium sea salt flake which is way less salty than regular table salt

Secondo it doesnt taste salt, its only make the meat tender and juicier by retaining the juice when cooking

3rd when drying the meat after the sous vide cooking it remove pretty much everything left for a deep dark crust
