mushrooms, asparagus, mashed potatoes, garlic butter and onions are THE BEST PERFECT COMBO

Pan seared a nice porterhouse tonight, topped with a red wine reduction. Sides of roasted butternut squash and sauteed spinach with garlic

Check out the perfect sear and medium rare cook on this seasonal Piedmontese rib eye from Italy. Served it with garlic mashed potatoes, greens with more garlic, and the usual red wine/beef broth reduction:
