Yeah the changes really made everything else viable which is great but to the expense of the Tomb Reaver (only upside now is at least it has resistances). I've made some scenarios for polearms for certain gear config and only EBOTD GT appears to be able to reach max frames. For Tomb, you need config D or E, both needing 2x15 ias jewels but with either treachery or 30ias helm + ias belt just to reach the 134 EIAS BP. Reaper's need additional 20 IAS from Helm or belt to reach 125 or treachery to reach 134.

Considering the price difference between the three, it's only between EBOTD GT and Reaper's Toll now for Polearms. And considering decrep, and all other mods on reapers, dbrunski might just be right about it being the new BIS.

Yes its a really good wep!
However there are many more viable builds:

Summon hybrids:
Faith Demon Crossbow
Faith Hydra bow or other base
Lacerator
Eth reapers

Elemental hybrids:
Earthshifter

Ctc builds:
Stormlash + Pheonix
Pheonix + Pheonix
Destruction + Pheonix
And maby others as well :)

Thank you

I do have a question in regards to the normal attack chart tho

The top middle and top right both indicate 1HS & 1HT, but one with breakpoint 17 and one with breakpoint 19, so I assume the 17 one(top mid) should be STF instead?

Yes. I listed the baseframe and 3 letter wepon class description and assumed that was clear enough, but i know its a long post.
HTH (fists) - 16 baseframe
BOW (BoW) - 16 baseframe
STF (2handed axes, mauls, staffs, polearms) - 17 baseframe
1HT (1 handed trust, aka javelins, daggers, knives) - 19 baseframe
1HS (1 handed swing, all other 1 handed weps) - 19 baseframe
XBW (Crossbow) - 20 baseframe
2HS (2 handed swing, aka 2 handed swords) - 21 baseframe
2HT (2 handed trust, aka 2 handed spears) - 23 baseframe

You forgot beast

fanatisism is skill IAS ; so with 29 + 71 sias from werewolf and fana you only need 50EIAS from the gear. you already have 40ias on beast itself.

honestly drecrep is nice but beast is also a very strong contender

does Pheonix + Pheonix give you a level 44 firestorm? oder just 2 x level 22?
because a lvl 44 firestorm would be insane with synergies

80% chance for casting it.
It basicly spam 4 on average pr serie compared to 2.

Both has 400% ed.
Shield has: 5max lr, 10max fr, 50life, fire absorb.
Wep has 20% deadly strike, Ignore target defense, etc...
(-28+-28) = -66 enemy fr.
Double level of sanctuary aura.
Chilling aura
Pb only need like 72 ias for max breakpoint. And below 40 for second breakpoint.

Max fpa is: 5/3/3/3/7
25/((5+3+3+3+7)/5) = 6,94 attacks pr second.
6,94*0,8 = 5,55 firestorm casts per second.

The dual phoenix build is really freaking good. Destruction/phoenix is more flashy, but you can solo clear with extreme ease with only 20 points into fissure and molten boulder, with 20 into fury as your base main attack sequence opener. Destruction was way more flashy, but the dps seems similar if not a bit slightly lower in practice, and further synergizing volcano would cost another 20 points into armageddon. Armageddon is pretty nice though too, so I can definitely see destruction seeing some playtime here. Either way, this build covers both fire and physical damage, can handle immunes of either type, and is left with a solid 40-60 skill points leftover, which could easily go towards a number of skills. The new summons definitely come to mind.
