I would prefer to go out on my own terms if it's all the same to you Erroll. I mean no disrespect but I'd rather disarm the situation once and for all and save you the trouble of adding more un-needed drama to the melee community.
Consider this whatever option you like and my official forced resignation from the UGML.
I will still support and promote the Melee community, yours, mine, anyones. The community is to small to do something like this, but continuing to fight this is doing more harm than good. Drama is keeping great people away because they don't want to deal with it and quite honestly the longer I keep fighting this the more damage it is inflicts.

After my initial purchase blew up in my face I played buddy buddy and manipulated gcat into selling more items for far less then they were worth trying to get as many of the stolen items back into circulation as possible. I lied about it to almost everyone. Sorry to Scott that this happened but there are a limited amount of pre patch items left on the server, and the longer they sit in the hands of a scammer the more likely they are going to sold UAP and their histories ruined. I'd rather see them in circulation then rotting or expired at the hands of a scammer. I said anything to get him to trust me while I fed him misinformation, you can post the entire chat log if I hadn't reformatted my own computer before moving I would post it myself.
Also if this is the route you intend to go do you plan to expose your guild members who asked me to aid them in buying items from him?
You completely ignore the fact that Gtakin and I talked on the phone and he said it is what it is... I still have the screenshots of our texts back and forth about the items once I found out they originally belonged to him.

My ping is 900 before spikes, I quite literally moved to the other side of the world to a third world country where the best internet service I can get is worse than 3g. The ping is so high that I cannot re-stat a character without waiting for the numbers to catch up. I've openly admitted to having my guild mates duel for me. If this is an issue, and as you've said you've "suspected" it for months now why would you not simply say something instead of trying to use it to again strong arm me into leaving? I built this zealot for my guild council members so that they can use it to duel the fact that it says my name in the sign up is simply because I had the level 99 paladin and am the one sponsoring the gear for it.

- I didn't know it belonged to Scott... however I knew it was likely the could have been stolen but I assumed plausible deniability would save me from any responsibility. (especially after returning all the gear once I found out it belonged to someone "important.")
- once I found out it belonged to Scott, I talked with him, then helped various users buy as much of it as they could at the lowest prices I was able to negotiate.
- I made nothing from the transactions other then helping friends make profit, and returning as many pre patch items to circulation as I was able to.
- I have shamelessly tried to steal your guild members, but only the ones that I like.
- I reported Ouefnut for his insubordinate signature resulting in all rights removed.
- If there is anything I missed please feel free to share it here publicly, I just want to get this all over with now once and for all.

Blow it up I don't care. I truly believe you about recruiting the cooperation of the scammer to collect chat log information about me and my dealings with him. I don't blame him at all, after one of my guild members took 1125$ worth of gear from him without paying he stopped trusting me and it was over. I gave the guild member the choice to give the gear back to Gtakin or be removed from the guild since the items he acquired came at the cost of someone else and he got them for nothing. He did not comply so I removed him. I have my own code, and it seems to likely be different then a good many of the members of the UGML administration,
my biggest regret in regards to this entire situation is trying to hide what I did for rather then owning it.

Since we're on the matter, if I am being removed from the UGML forcibly, and the terms of leverage to do so is in the form of blackmail on something I have been "forgiven" it's my turn for an ultimatum.
1) Un-ban the items I returned since they are no longer stolen and donate them to deserving members of my choosing.
2) Give them back to me.
I prefer option 1) as it allows at least one good thing to have come from this.
