Please Read Before Submitting New Challenges
1) Have fun!! (No rage/drama, negative spam or you will be removed, use the open suggestion thread).
2) If you wish to be added to the ladder, post JSP name/D2 account/Character name - type of character.
3) You are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you.
4) You must PM the other party about the challenge, then post the challenge in this thread here.
5) If you Issued the Challenge Must wait 12 hours after Completion of Challenge to Issue another Challenge
6) If you lose a challenge you must wait 48 hours to re-challenge the same person.
7) 2-Day Dodge rule (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-loss) 2 consecutive Dodges = Removed from ladder.
8) Post all scores of challenges in this topic thread, either one of you can do it.
If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is your responsibility to PM your challenger and inform them. Then post in this thread asking for an extension. If you fail to do this, the dodge rule will be enforced to simply keep the ladder moving.

<GM Melee Duel Rules>

I'd say that #1 should apply if there were a lot more people competing, otherwise #2. ( maybe there should be an exception if you hold two or more consecutive spots? )

Cody, I do not believe there should be a change to the ladder rules. This thing has stood for ages. Don't change now. You should always be able to challange up to 2 ranks above you. its been years since the top 3 had to duel only 1 rank at a time.

Special note:

You are not allowed to take vacation time when the match is pending. If you have certain circumstances come up when in a challange, please pm myself or blazen and we will make a judgement call. We all have lives outside of d2, and understand, just want to keep the ladder moving smooth. Taking vacation during match will be ruled as a dodge for this other than emergencies

I just want to establish what exactly everybody else wants. If you look at page one the original rule was "Allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you until you get to #5 then you must duel everybody to get to #1"

Then sometime down the line the rule was changed to until you get to rank #3 and I think the most recent was you could challenge anybody up to two spots. This rule has been changed multiple times and I just want to establish what exactly people would like to see at this time.
