<Challenge System>

Please Read Before Submitting New Challenges
1) Have fun!! (No rage/drama, negative spam or you will be removed, use the open suggestion thread).
2) If you wish to be added to the ladder, post JSP name/D2 account/Character name - type of character.
3) You are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you until you get to #3, then you must duel everybody; one at a time.
4) You must PM the other party about the challenge, then post the challenge in this thread here.
5) If you Issued the Challenge Must wait 12 hours after Completion of Challenge to Issue another Challenge
6) If you lose a challenge you must wait 48 hours to re-challenge the same person.
7) 3-Day Dodge rule (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-loss) 2 consecutive Dodges = Removed from ladder.
8) Post all scores of challenges in this topic thread, either one of you can do it.
If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is your responsibility to PM your challenger and inform them. Then post in this thread asking for an extension. If you fail to do this, the dodge rule will be enforced to simply keep the ladder moving.

<GM Melee Duel Rules>

1) GM Melee rules apply to all duels See page 1 for rules.
2) You may change gear twice during a set and once between each set.
3) A challenge will be best 2/3 sets, first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.

Another thing to add to louy's post on Dan's items, they are also banned from tournaments as well, as this is the GM Melee community for a reason.

I don't melee at all, and at the moment haven't been able to find these stolen items ( I am looking because I'm a collector ) .. but if I do... I will buy them. But I did want to ask, why would you guys ban these when most of the gvalors, garreats have been either A) paypal scammed B ) Scammed/ Stole and they are still allowed to be used. Kind of weird how that works.... some stolen items are allowed to be used and some are not. I know for a fact marvel had a gvalor and a garreats scammed from him and both are still being used LOL... I just see righteous hypocrites.

Agreed, not to mention the countless hundreds of dollars worth in items that GGEz and Moondus scammed, then sold via different channels to allegedly 'GM' Melee users. I won't name any names because I'm sure a ton of you will jump to your guns, but I know of at least 2 big names in the Melee community that use gear that's been through several scammers' hands.

I'm sure that many of you use this gear unaware of the history as well. Easy enough to fudge some history on items and make it look legitimate.

There seems to be a line you guys are drawing, and it's damn near arbitrary.

Yea I know I pmed that makavelli kid asking him if he had because I wanted to buy.... and he used my name in a pm and chris mentions me like an idiot lol.

We as the melée community get to pick and choose the rules we want to follow

making those items banned, if we cared about marvel something would have been done

go buy those items and enjoy staring at them,best items on east and 100% worthless to anyone that matters
