They’re on the ropes
It’s barely the beginning (14 months in)
They’re finished

and we’ve had 3 wars with NK and all of us died several times in the meantime (once due to net neutrality decision, once due to tax cuts, and once due to Gorsuch being named to the SC)

Interesting(and long) article, giving a little more background on Steele and other things. There's also a portion that the conspiracy theorists on reddit politics love, but I don't take it that seriously:

Quote
One subject that Steele is believed to have discussed with Mueller’s investigators is a memo that he wrote in late November, 2016, after his contract with Fusion had ended. This memo, which did not surface publicly with the others, is shorter than the rest, and is based on one source, described as “a senior Russian official.” The official said that he was merely relaying talk circulating in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but what he’d heard was astonishing: people were saying that the Kremlin had intervened to block Trump’s initial choice for Secretary of State, Mitt Romney. (During Romney’s run for the White House in 2012, he was notably hawkish on Russia, calling it the single greatest threat to the U.S.) The memo said that the Kremlin, through unspecified channels, had asked Trump to appoint someone who would be prepared to lift Ukraine-related sanctions, and who would coöperate on security issues of interest to Russia, such as the conflict in Syria. If what the source heard was true, then a foreign power was exercising pivotal influence over U.S. foreign policy—and an incoming President.

Its pretty silly because with or without any source, for all we know pure speculation, Steele is just saying something anyone could logically reason- that the Russians, Saudis, Israelis, Germans, French, hell the fucking Botwanans probably all lobbied Trump's foreign policy choices and appointments during his transition. If Russia was stating their objection to the possibility of Mitt Romney being appointed SoS after the transition, that would be a completely normal diplomatic interaction. Its when they try to turn that into some nefarious claim of "pivotal influence" that he needs to demonstrate something more than just the bog standard diplomatic conversations of nations in their self-interest.

If Trump was thinking about appointing Lindsay Graham as secretary of state, I bet half the countries on the planet would have lobbied Trump to pick anyone else

whats the deal with the guy and his meltdown? He's clearly vehemently hostile to Trump and spouting the kinds of stuff I'd expect from /r/politics like calling Sarah Sanders a fat slob and bashing trumps approval rating
but he's being paraded around as a 'former trump advisor' and having his psychotic breakdown on national TV while poisoning the expected response of executive privilege to muellers subpoena. The coverage would have been about Trump & Co saying the overreaching subpoena violates privilege, but instead its about nunberg saying 'COME AT ME FAGGOTS' while smearing his own shit on his face and bellowing like a wounded animal.

I've never heard about him, had to google it, it says he was fired from Trump's campaign in August 2, 2015 for calling al sharpton's daughter a nazi, calling Obama a "Socialist Marxist Islamo Fascist Nazi Appeaser," and had previously ridiculed the 2012 campaign of trump that he himself participated in when he helped buzzfeed write an article called "36 Hours on The Fake Campaign Trail with Donald Trump.", and yet Trump inexplicably gave the guy a second chance in 2016 and then fired him just a few weeks into the campaign. Also the repetitive fuck was in trouble for calling Chris Christie a 'fat slob'. Jesus, that was 2 years ago and he's using the same shitty insult.

and pointing out that the only thing Christie likes "more than lasagna" is himself.

okay that one was better

Not sure whats going on in reddit news, today half of list was Trump campaign collusion related.
This makes me think that Russians can screw up usa in several ways completing each others:
. Dividing americans,
. Discrediting their government

Meaning they can side with Trump first then betray him ;)

Ex-Trump aide Nunberg says will not comply with Russia probe subpoena

“Let’s see what Mr. Mueller does. I think it would be funny if they arrested me. I think it would be really, really funny if they wanted to arrest me because I don’t want to spend 80 hours going over emails I had with Steve Bannon and Roger Stone,” he said, referring to both the former White House chief strategist and one of Trump’s associates.
He later told AP, however, he would end up cooperating with the investigation, and that he would be more willing to comply with the subpoena if its scope was narrowed.

Interesting. Seems Nunberg is calling Mueller's bluff on this one.
