1. All govts. deal in quid pro quo arrangements. Tariffs, treaties, sanctions, etc.
2. All presidents have done this on the world stage. For ALL kinds of reasons.
3. Comparing the fictitious quid pro quo with the current Ukrainian leader to that of the quid pro quo with the previous Ukrainian leader... is ludicrous.
4. I guess in your world Clinton foundation gettin $145 mill for the Uranium One Deal... wasn't quid pro quo.
