No you said War with Korea, and then spent multiple posts explaining how it would/could blossom into WWIII. It could ( by tons of idiotic moves by tons of folks in multiple countries)...BUT, it won't.
There are 3 super powers, and they all KNOW that a nuclear exchange is absolute no win situation.

NK is no where's near a super power. They are no more than a wart on someone's backside, militarily. However, to countries close by geographically, and NOT super powers, they are a decided threat.
Which is why the US makes their carrier strike forces they way they do.

Many are thinking politics in charge would be impacted in the same way than "normal" people. Applies even more in countries with high social inequalities.

War can be an opportunity for them;
- it maintain them in charge
- it can extend their powers
- they can even make profits over it (due their extended powers)
