that's a very slim chance you're talking about. Aside from Kim Jong Un, how would you know they're evil and a piece of trash? Especially when you're forced to worship him like a god as soon as your born and basically get forced to join the army to have a decent meal..
No. The fact is, NK people are complicit in what's happening. I have no sympathy for people who allow terrible things to happen to them and their country, even under the threat of death.
I don't even fully remember how everything happened as it did between North and South Korea to begin with, but as far as I'm concerned, they deserve their fate many times over. Call me cold, harsh, and whatever else you like. I don't care.
It's not called survival of the fittest for no good reason.
I feel the same of Germany back in the dawn of WWII. The German people allowed Hitler into power, along with the SS. Even under the threat of death by a select few at the start of things, they could have absolutely have overthrown the Nazi party/key figures and done away with them altogether. Many would have died, sure, but no where near as many after WWII was said and done.
It's not up to the world to save you from a dictator, etc. It's up to you, and your neighbors by any and all means.
Unfortunately, the NK people have let things get so bad that U.S. intervention is most likely inevitable at some point, and possibly soon at that, which is its own tragedy. We're looking at the death of thousands of Americans and South Koreans, and others because of the complete lack of action on behalf of the NK population. It has gone on for decades now. They have had plenty of time. And no, I'm not saying American lives are more important than other lives, so don't try and twist my words.
