Except they weren’t non-work related. She lied about that & several other things.

She lied when she said she never sent or received any classified information over her private e-mail.

She lied when she said there was nothing marked classified on her e-mails sent or received.

She lied when she said she only used one device.

She lied when she said all work related emails were returned to the State Department.

She lied when she said neither she or anyone else deleted work related emails from her personal account.

She lied when she said her lawyers read every one of the emails.

This is all pretty basic material at this point.

They’re not crimes because they declined to prosecute, however to construe the whole thing as nothing other then she deleted a bunch non-work related emails is a pretty disingenuous.

Hillary made a good faith effort to turn over her work related emails, delete her personal ones, and a few got lost in the shuffle. I don't see a crime there. Nobody outside the cult does.

I don't know. Comey said he could understand how someone might be confused by that. I have no interest in going down a checklist of issues where I'm supposed to defend Hillary. I just know she didn't commit a crime related to the deletion of 33,000 emails. But I understand it's necessary to think that sort of stuff to maintain the naive belief that the Obama DOJ let her off.
