I don't think he's asking for enough money in the lawsuit. Fraud, false accusations, slander, libel. I hope you're just trying to get a debate going and don't really think that Zimmerman isn't justified in his suit.

You would have to prove they are knowingly making a false claim to get slander or libel. Giving an opinion is neither without that.

This wouldn't be fraud for obvious reasons, since there's nobody being defrauded.
