they could have their medical license taken away for trying to diagnose someone, but that would be up to a board of people in the medical field, not a legal matter. and given the political slant of the psychology field even that would be pretty unlikely for bashing Trump.


you realize of course that Dr. Drew has been handing out diagnosis-lite judgement for psychological issues and even implying people use drugs for decades right? and that he's not gotten in any trouble, legally or medically. right?

now go dig for a source that doesnt back up your claim like a good lil boy.

This is the third time a bunch of shrinks have tried this... the 1st and 2nd time they got shut down. You have reason to believe it won't happen this time. :/

Ofc it does. It's mob rule, and it's not legal. Shrinks are NOT allowed to make diagnoses on people that haven't been their patients.

The American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychological Association and the American Medical Association all have Ethics Rules which prohibit this behavior.

I think they shared the dossier and their common conclusion/diag is that your prezz is a potential threat.

I don't think they break their oath if the guy is potentially dangerous while having such responsabilities.

He can provoke riots with casualties, as a 1 single example...

none of those are legal rules. those are ethics rules pertaining to conduct to keep a license. providing care without a license is illegal. breaking ethics laws aren't inherently illegal.
