Donald Trump walks into Khreshchatyk street in Kiev, and shoots someone to death in cold blood.
Nancy Pelosi then says "Ukraine should investigate Trump for the murder we just saw him commit!"
Should Nancy Pelosi then be removed from office and imprisoned for the crime of soliciting an illegal campaign contribution from a foreign government?

Sort of like if the House votes for impeachment and it goes to trial in the Senate and is thrown out, then Trump's first term is nullified and he gets to run for TWO MORE terms. :D
