you should have spent just a minute more on wikipedia. the SPD is the oldest and largest (by membership) party in germany - not sure how that's 'eyebrow-raising', let alone 'radical'...
to act like bernie's and AOC's politics are more insane to a european than your current system is ridiculous.

I never made that claim.

i did not say you did. you do know what "act like" means, right? it's pretty obvious what you were suggesting, and it's plain wrong.

i mean, i get where it comes from ofc - pretending the alternatives are "radicals" is a core element of establishment propaganda to brainwash americans into thinking they simply can't do better without going full "communist"... and yes, you never explicitly claimed that either - just to inb4 the next predictable deflection...

Ok. I wasn't acting like that either. Just because our system is wrong now, doesn't mean we should do another wrong thing. Two wrongs don't make a right.

same argument, semantics. you're clearly suggesting that the alternatives that aim to introduce meaningful change are some kind of radicals, even by european standards (which are much closer to their policy proposals than your current system) - and that is simply wrong. you can deflect and dodge that point all you want, but that won't make you right.

again, it's a proven propaganda tool to malign everyone trying to break up the establishment as radical, so i wouldn't even be surprised if you genuinely believed that, seeing as you're not exactly a critical thinker - i'm just telling you that it's not true from a european perspective, if you want to believe it or not...

it's just too bad that there simply isn't anyone who could right the wrongs without introducing an even worse system, huh? how awfully convenient for the establishment that everyone else is just unreasonably radical... strange how that works out exactly in its favour...

I would support some right wing European policies, but almost no left wing.

no shit?! you already do.

No, it's correct and I gave you evidence.

I NEVER said or implied the bottom.

oh really? then who could right the wrongs without being "radical" in your opinion - and why not support them?

I literally said it two posts ago...

In America, due to the FTP system, we're stuck with two parties so you have to choose the lesser of two evils. I already mentioned how I support MMD, your allocation of seats, etc.
