when the GOP once again wins in 2020, and people say "you shouldn't have impeached", the democrat response will be the same as in 2016. "he only won because not enough people care about (enter: racism, xenophobia, sexism, collusion, lying, etc)".

the rules of politics are pretty straightforward, dirty as hell but everyone knows the game. Democrats are trying to win the game, while changing the rules, while being 'that guy' at the table that no one will invite to the next game night. watching this party shoot itself in the foot trying to beat a child who's just making faces at them is honestly sad.
