all of the history classes you took, i took also. in america. in my govt provided free education before college. we had prehistory of the americas. prehistory of the world. american history. european history. etc.

what i now realize is that you're just sheltered on this issue. you saw some study of kids who couldn't point out the continents from some bumfuck school in Mississippi and assumed that's general for the american education system. in america, especially pre george bush, states controlled their education, not the federal govt. i'm from wisconsin with a relatively good system (although it's far from perfect). southern rust belt states are awful and students there are generally idiots.

this would be like me saying your education system is bad in France (for example idk where ur from) because kids in Poland aren't doing well in algebra.

you should do some research, you seem to have some very flawed ideas of what the american system is like based on sensationalist journalism. for example on standardized tests we are objectively behind the European or Japanese system, but we're still very objectively ahead of the 2nd and third world. your comparison to african children is idiotic. so can i call you dumb now?

don't worry, i wont be that terse. i prefer to use my intelligence rather than spouting 3rd grade insults at people i'm trying to seem smarter than. as to the 50 cal, see username.

https://www.theatlantic.com/education/archive/2013/12/american-schools-vs-the-world-expensive-unequal-bad-at-math/281983/

tl;dr = america middle of the pack, spends too much, and is bad at math.

That's more like objective and rational thinking with research being done. well done

on 50cal, is 50cal related to sniper?
My interest in weapons is non existance and I'm clueless in anything related to them. Never held a gun nor i plan to ^^

One day you'll learn that as well. Then maybe you can post in the appropriate topic.

my grandpa is 80 and he's really old school.
last time i've been over, he tried to explain why women should have no rights to vote.
No matter how much I tried, I couldn't explain world nowadays to him. I won't try to get into deeper discussion with you either since i saw by your posts that your oldschool mentality is far too much for me to handle.

just as a question, where you aware that US education taught world history and prehistoric man classes? because from your comment about how america only teaches in the american bubble it surely didnt seem like it. same for your claim americans cant name the continents.

a 50 cal is a ridiculously large sniper rifle. well really its just the size of the bullet but commonly when you hear "50 cal" you think military grade sniper rifle. shots of a mile or more are possible, devastating size of a round. i personally dont own one, they're just expensive toys. my 300 win mag does just fine at distance.

I don't really care where you stand on issues. I just wish you'd post in the proper topics.

How is he going to defend this to the firm Brexit fanatics? Those are the people currently supporting him right?

Because the situation changed: new agreement (rejected but much more closely than the other) + incoming elections.
Any other question ?

Actually, the House of Commons had even voted in favor of Johnson's withdrawal agreement in its second reading - they just voted down his plans to pull it all off before Oct. 31.
This was the first time that any plan for Brexit had found a majority in the HoC, so that moment shouldnt be understated.

Anyway, the Brits should finally hold their general election which would simultaneously serve as a de facto second referendum on Brexit, and then either take back article 50 or pull it off according to Johnson's plan (and finally fuck off).

They need the 2/3 to trigger new elections... Corbyn is under pressure right now.
Exploring the options the best way for him is to continue to block everything... ^_^

but he said this:

So he could just pretends he's ok, trying to grab more time.

If frenchie blocks the extension like he said he would, you'd see just how magically fast these remain tossers can read. Wouldn't need months to pass the bill then. :D
