So circumsized boys and men can in fact develop that as well.

From my understanding fulfillment also means to complete. He didn't abolish the old laws but he did ammend some. Acts 10 is one where unclean animals become clean. Before Christ God and the Israelites had a contract. When Christ came he renewed that contract, however he never really touched on the laws except when confronted by the Pharisees. Christ is God in the flesh. He came down to earth to understand us and to lead by example. I think the most important laws are the 10 commandments. Everything else was just extra things that more or less was only put in place to help keep the people from straying from the path. As you can see it wasn't really working. Christ came for the sinners of this world. I personally do not think he cares whether someone is circumsized or not.
As for his it was still expected for the time period. It was also a deal between Abraham and his followers to be circumsized. It was pretty clear while he was on this Earth he didn't particularly agree with what the high priests were teaching or how they were teaching. I could be wrong. I have always wanted to read the Qur'an. Both of our beliefs stem from Father Abraham. I also admire the religious dedication from the Muslim side. I use to pray with my hands folded etc . I will say though I have never felt more connected to God then when I Actually bowed down and pray to Him. Very much a different feeling.
