Im not deflecting anything.
You are the one repeatedly deflecting with personal anecdotes and snobbery, irrelevant rich women quotes, and fines that have nothing to do with the points being made.

Desperately accusing me of "pathetic shilling" when you are YET AGAIN refuted and exposed as an anti-intellectual simpleton is quite rich.

Falsely accusing people of being corporate shills is pathetic.

Actual examples of the REAL WORLD everyone but libertarians live in are 100% relevant, your pathetic shilling does not change that.

An example of you breaking the law and thinking the fine should have been higher is not relevant to the points I was making and does nothing to substantiate your false claims about me or your idiotic notion that liberty is nonsensical and bad.

I never broke the law, the company did.
You keep saying liberty as if its something we should strive for in monstrous corporate entities with no morals or ethics beyond the bottom line.
Nothing i have said is false, i stand by everything i have said, if you think you are not a shill then we agree to disagree.

Yes i make points you dont like and you falsely accuse me of being a corporate shill and cant understand basic logic and don't respond to any points.
Thats not an agree to disagree situation. Thats a 'you are unintelligent trash and I am correct' situation.

I make points you do not like and you call me an anti intellectual.
Look we are really far apart on this, agree to disagree.
You have not made a coherent point by the way, i responded to everything of value.
News flash buddy, you just are not that smart, i know you think you are the smartest guy in the room, and i believe it, because you do not get any human contact and you are the only person in that room but out here in the real world there is a reason libertarians are a joke.
Want some examples of the free market at work?

Is opposing a ban on feeding homeless people an example of corporate bootlicking and a necessary regulation to prevent disaster?

How about opposing failed rent control policies?

The EPA has a number of crazy and excessive regulations.
Take this case for example:

http://www.freedomworks.org/content/senator-rand-paul-fights-abusive-epa

Is that regulation necessary and proper and removing it would be evil?
Or has it caused undue distress and threats to a family concerning what they do with their own property?

So you have a quibble with your government over what you think the size of a fine should have been and it wasn't at all relevant to my post and your false claims. Interesting.

Imagine their surprise when as soon as they started construction, three federal officials showed up on their property and demanded that they stop building the house claiming the lot was a wetland, protected under the Clean Water Act.

This part is a bit weird. If the people were allowed to buy an official wetland, they should have been told up front, if they could build on it or not.

/e I mean properties are rated as to what you can do with them. Aka, commercial, residential, and I assume... wetland or protected land... etc.

You do realise every full time job was a living wage not even 30 years ago right?
Corporate greed caused this issue.

Corporate greed caused it? Ok. Lol.

Who wouldve known people wanting to make money and acting in free exchange amongst individuals in order to do so ruined us all. Certainly not the increasingly large tax machine that answers to no one but its own oversight lol.

For the record I also believe you have never done anything in private business of note.

Did not answer a single point, as usual.

Calling me 'not that smart' and carrying on about your personal delusions about me is inappropriate and irrelevant.

You are wrong and continually hurl false allegations against me instead of addressing my points.
It might make you feel better about your intellectual shortcomings and dishonesty in our interactions, but it does nothing to refute my points or substantiate your false claims and smears.

Yes corporate greed caused it, wages are stagnant, inflation is out of control.
Corporations drove this change.
Taxation has nothing to do with it and is at a very low level compared to times in the past.
