That's why I said there needs to be some serious updates on protocol. The innocent civilians could still be alive if it was handled differently. With the amount of gunfire and the incredibly wide spread of bullets in the vid linked above it's a miracle there weren't more injured or dead people.

I'll remain of the opinion that American cops are too triggerhappy in general, which exacerbates incidents like this.

Luckily the Miami metro area only has 6 mil inhabitants. The entire state of Florida barely has more than our country. I thought states were the deciding party in state police matters?

Were there 350 million People around this incident or about 50.

The population outside of this Is irrelivent.
