https://www.redstate.com/bonchie/2019/11/08/alexander-vindmans-testimony-appears-confirm-illegally-leaked-whistle-blower/this is an interesting catch from the Vindman testimony, which either shows that he leaked the phone call to Ciaramella, or leaked it to someone who did
They don't explicitly state it in the transcript, however its blatantly obvious from the transcript. When Jordan asks who Vindman talked to about the call, Swalwell and Schiff cut in and shut him down and stop him from saying who, saying the question would reveal the whistleblower. The next page has a blanked out name mentioned, and Adam Schiff shuts down the proceedings even though the republicans still have time left on the clock and adjourns for lunch in violation of house rules.

what makes this peculiar is that early on in Vindman's statement he says;
Quote
I want the committee to know I am not the whistleblower who brought this issue to the CIA and the committee's attention. I do not know who the whistleblower is, and I would not feel comfortable to speculate as to the identity of the whistleblower.
So how is it that Vindman can simultaneously testify that he doesn't know who the whistleblower is, and Swalwell/Schiff can interrupt Vindman declaring who he talked to about the phone call because that would reveal the whistleblower?
There only seems to be two logical scenarios- either Vindman is perjurying himself (unlikely to do so directly and provably), or Vindman talked to Eric Ciaramella but "doesn't know for sure" that he was the whistleblower, be it through intentional ignorance or doubts. Swalwell and Schiff however are fully aware that Ciaramella is the whistleblower. So that would necessitate them to cut off Vindman from talking about him, which also means unless Vindman is the world's biggest idiot he would instantly be aware that was the guy.
