Capitol Meltdown

Yesterday, thousands of citizens came to the Capitol to make their voices heard. Our corrupt politicians didn’t like it.

One Committee Chair had a total meltdown, cursing out the entire room for having the audacity to participate in their government. I had to see the video to believe it. Another chair cut off public testimony after an hour and forbid the use of “adjectives.”

There’s a reason for these antics: we’re winning. The radical Vaccine Work Group bills are going down in flames.

It appears we've defeated SB 1464, the absurd attempt to make police enforce “public health” orders. The student and employer mandates are also dead. A fourth bill has been thwarted by a court decision, and two others haven't even been heard.

That leaves the testing bill and AB 2098, which just passed a committee. Despite recent amendments, it's a brazen violation of free speech, punishing doctors for statements deemed “misinformation.” Still, I’ve said we can defeat each of these bills, and I believe we’re well on our way.

There is some very bad news. One of the worst bills ever, AB 2223, passed a committee – but the fight is only beginning. Also, my bill repealing the Sanctuary State didn't pass. I have a Fox News op-ed today about how this disastrous law enabled recent tragedies.

In a year where we’re poised to take back our government, yesterday was a tangible demonstration. At the same time, we just learned our campaign is one of the top 3 in grassroots support in the entire country.

Worse than Newsom

A federal court has stopped Biden from ending Title 42. This is very good news. But in the Legislature, the latest news isn’t as good.

First, the “Public Safety” Committee again voted against my bill to overturn Prop. 47, electing to let California remain the smash-and-grab capital of the world. Second, after rejecting my bill to suspend the gas tax four times, the Legislature is now making the tax go up on July 1.

It’s a tribute to the sheer insanity of the Supermajority that they find ways to outdo Gavin Newsom. The “Vaccine Work Group” bills are the worst example – and 3 just passed committees.

SB 1479: imposes an onerous school COVID testing mandate
SB 1018: makes social media companies disclose how “health information” is displayed (perhaps a preemptive strike against ex-Californian Elon Musk)
AB 1797: reduces privacy of the California Immunization Record Database

As to Elon, James Gallagher and I have tried to stop social media censorship in California. I hope all Americans will soon look back in horror at how censorship became a norm in public discourse.

Social media bias is one problem; media lies are another. The Sac Bee is on a rampage against me, even publishing a ridiculous cartoon. Our opponents know we're poised for an incredibly important election victory and are going to pull out all the stops these next few weeks.

Nancy Pelosi is not happy with Gavin Newsom.

After the leaked court opinion, Newsom blasted Pelosi and other Democrats for not being as extreme as him, yelling, “Where the hell is my Party?” Yesterday, Pelosi rebuked Newsom on national TV. “I have no idea why anybody would make that statement,” she deadpanned.

Pelosi’s cool insistence that she’s just as extreme as Newsom tells you everything about what’s happening to our country. The radicalism of California is rapidly spreading to Washington.

It's truly frightening, given how radical our Capitol has become. Last Thursday, the Judiciary Committee advanced a bill removing parental consent for 12-year-olds to get vaccinated. A court already ruled this unconstitutional.

Meanwhile, a Harvard study finds school closures caused “the largest increase in educational inequity in a generation.” Newsom and the Supermajority closed schools longer than any state and opposed my legislation to open them.

Someone recently asked whether I plan to hang out with Pelosi if I’m elected to Congress. The answer is no (even if it meant access to her deluxe ice cream freezer). However, this I can say for sure: she will know who I am right away.

I plan to fight Pelosi and Biden as fiercely as I’ve fought Newsom. And I’m increasingly hopeful it will be with a GOP Congress: at our Campaign HQ Saturday there was a level of enthusiasm like I’ve never seen, with over 100 volunteers.

We’ve done so much together for our state even as part of the Superminority. Imagine what we can do for our country as part of the Majority.

Sounds like I like this Kevin. They are supposed to be Public Servants. Not rulers. Not demigods. Not judge and jury. I’ll remember the name.

I see nothing wrong with this picture

KFI is talking about it right now. Gascon removed Shea Sanna, (good guy trying to lock this monster up) from the trial the day before. Already over 60 pages of violations by the 26 year old man have been ignored by the courts while in juvy. Tubbs could be out next month. Will not have to register as a sex offender. Is on tape telling his father that he needs to be called she so he can go to women's jail and take advantage of the Gascon policies.

255 audio recordings were ignored. It's not that Gascon and the courts didn't know this is a violent sexual predator of children, Gascon kicked the guy off the case who was going to throw the book at him. I'm 100% sure we'll see Tubbs in the news again very soon with a fresh victim. Imagine, making it easy for a child rapist to hang out with children and women. But hey, I'm the asshole right? I feel awful for the victims they are going to be pretty messed up for a long time.

"Tubbs had a very lengthy criminal record before George Gascón allowed Tubbs to be sentenced to minimal time in a juvenile facility, which included arrests and convictions for murder, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and even a prior sexual assault of a 4-yr-old girl," Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami told Fox News Digital.

Newsom has a point. Roe v Wade has been under attack for 40 years as the GOP token moral panic. They are doing exactly what they said they were going to do, and they are doing it within the rules. The legislature has had the power, for over 40 years, to protect abortion since the decision has been made in the SCOTUS. Congress is pathetic. Congressional lifers like Pelosi have been in office and have dominated politics my entire adult life. Intelligentsia on the left are even going back and complaining about RBG giving Trump three picks by not retiring, saying it is the fault of Kyrsten Sinema (BPD first name tho) for being a centrist and the not killing the filibuster thing or Manchin whose ass they should be kissing for winning elections in West Va. That extreme douche Pelosi could have done something in her lifetime appointment to congress. She will be the most powerful woman in the history of the US government and fail to do anything to enshrine women's rights.

I’m not a fan of Gavin because he’s a pro-business right winger, but he did manage a $68 billion budget surplus this year.
