I think you have the wrong expectations here. Investigations take time and we don't even know all the facts yet. Anyone saying that this is a "smoking gun" is an idiot and you shouldn't listen to them. Anyone saying that "the transcript proves no quid pro quo" is an idiot and you shouldn't listen to them. All we really have is something that warrants an investigation because it's pretty suspicious.

Well, we also have a few folk that don't seem to be able to read, or comprehend what they read, or are so ill with TDS, that it is influencing their thoughts.
