Uh... yeah? Obviously the closed depositions were a preliminary step before public hearings. That's usually how this stuff works.

More and more Trump defenders are shifting their argument to "the quid pro quo was there, but it's not impeachable". Some are pretending the quid pro quo was justified, others are saying it's bad but not worthy of removal a year out from an election.

Have you even followed the facts on this issue? Or is it just your usual reverse TDS where you uncritically dismiss any Trump criticism?

Fact is we're about to witness another political theatrical display. 'He paid Stormy off', 'he raped 17 women', 'he is a Russian asset', 'he is a racist', 'he is profiting from being a president'. Shit slinging never ends and this is the new chapter of the saga.

You don't choose to televise something because you want to get to the truth. You chose to televise it because you want to sway public opinion. Pretty much the reason why all those other things were brought up even if most or all proved to be bs.

One of my talents is reading people. Im insanely good at it. Its not uncommon to have the "it sounded mean but I reflected on it and you were super right about why I was doing what I was doing and I should change"

However, it comes at the cost of having absolutely no talent at manipulating people. I cant get people to buy from me, be my friend, or believe most things I say. Still, I'm super introverted so thats fine.
