I'm just gonna go out on a limb and assume he wasn't referring to a grad degree lol
Derp I was looking at the wrong column.
It's $76k and $60k vs. what I previously listed, which is $100k vs. ~$85k.
Oddly, still around a $15k per year in favor of economics, while 1~2% more employment in favor of business (depending on graduate or undergraduate).
Regardless, I still wouldn't write off business as a useless major. Right now, the worst thing to major in is architecture. Even a painting or drama degree will find you more work.
That just goes to show degrees and job possibilities is more related to the economy, rather than any value a person gets out of it. Architecture isn't easy by any means, since you have to have courses in calculus, engineering, art history, etc.
