Was actually sick from the pizza, like all day. Couldnt eat breakfast or lunch. Had some chicken breast for supper with a banana and apple, gonna have an orange before bed here.

200 from fruit, 400ish from chicken? 600 today

But I had a donut at work, 210
having a steak for supper, AND APPARENTLY A STEAK IS 850 CALORIES WTFFFFFF


How the hell does that even work, I wouldve thought pork is worse than steak for cals :O

So ill be at 1750 after this sucker, really it better be fkin delicious lol.

And then im gonna have 2 apples and an orange later, so another 160 - so ill be having roughly a 1900 day today. Not bad considering I did have a donut and this steak is off the wall.

So this whole time ive been assuming whiskey is basically barely any calories so to drink whiskey with diet pop is essentially a no-sum activity. I was just informed there is about 75 calories PER FUCKING OUNCE OF WHISKEY! So when I drink a 26 or a 40 im still being a fat piece of shit.

This news is very disheartening :(

It means I havent been doing as well as I thought I have been, and I need to quit drinking entirely...

So only at 1250 so far.

Gonna rock a couple apples and an orange later @ 160, and a big glass of milk @ 400. Itll be an 1800 day :)

I actually ended up not having milk yesterday, so it was only 1400!! WOO!!

Today:

450 regular breakfast
290 for a pasta+marinara sauce+cheese lunch
360 for supper, a couple of lean steak rounds, marinated (90 per 85 grams, 340 grams)
170 for a fairly big cup of low cal fruit punch

1270 only holy fuck :O

My stomach has seriously shrunk cause ive barely been hungry all day lol And when I do feel hungry it makes me feel good! Im excited for my weigh in on Monday :)

Ended up with some fruit yesterday so had a 1400 day yesterday as well.

Today:

450 breakfast (This will never change on week days lol)
250 for lunch, pasta in low fat alfredo sauce with some FlavorWaved chicken breast
200 for a little sandwich after work
300 for 6" sub for supper (turkey breast with veggies and no fat sauces)
450 3 beers
300 for remaining 6"s of sub lol
300 Gonna have 2 more beers dont give a fuck its Friday and ive done awesome all week

I might even take 2 more beers after these and go right to 2550, I took my dog out to the lake and we hung out there walking around and hiking around trails and stuff so was definitely a lot more active than usual lol, and with two 1400 days preceding this I feel entitled.

I will update in tomorrows post if I end up having 4 instead of 2 more beers

Only ended up having one beer lol, so 2100 last night

Today:

3 bananas = 240
2 porkchops = 420
2 mini-steaks = 360
1L of law cal juice = 200

So far at 1220 today, will probably have some milk and apples/pears later. Wont go above 1800 though.

e/ Yeah having a L of milk right away lol, so 440.

=1660

Had a couple of coffees last night, so 1960 for yesterday

Today was my cheat day, so I had a pizza from the freezer thats been in there for months to get rid of it lol.

So the pizza ive snacked on all day
1980
Also had a 1L glass of 1% milk
440
ranch dressing for dipping the pizza, had 4 portions @ 70 each = 280
and I did have some fruit, a banana, an orange, and most of a pear.
120, 90, 100 = 210


So my cheat day total is: 2910

250 lunch, fettuccine with brocolli
80, had an apple-yogurt-bran bar at work and it was surprisingly delicious :O
585 , pork for supper

1365 so far today. Am gonna have some fruit later, probably a couple bananas, an apple, and a pear.

Expected daily total will be 1750.

Went to have a pork roast I amde for supper, but I fucked up the marinade some how :(, it was disgusting, so I only ate maybe 100-150 calories worth
Then 2 bananas, a pear, and an apple for 420ish

Daily total is:

Between 1270-1320, ill probably have some milk in a bit I guess - to bring that to a more reasonable number lol. Ill say ill drink 3/4 of a L of 1% milk for another 330, so ill be at either 1600-1650



AND MY WEIGH IN YESTERDAY SHOWED IVE LOST 22 POUNDS SO FAR!!! WOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
