Didnt have milk last night so 1660 was my total.

500 Left overs from last night
440 Bigass glass of milk (About 1L)

Up to 1640

e/ oh and I snacked on some jubjubs at work, so about 130 there as well

Basically the exact same as yesterday, substitute jubjubs with half of a tim hortons cookie (full cookie is 210, so 105)

450 reg breakfast
300 (Lasagna smartones instead of pasta)
500 The rest of my left overs
105 half cookie
440 litre of 1% milk

230 SmartOnes pasta (didnt quite finish it)
120 had 2 chocolates at work that showed 170 per 3 pieces (Its been a trend lol)
650 Making boneless skinless chicken breast for supper, gonna have about 510 grams @ 130 per 100 grams-ish

1450 so far, will probably finish off the chicken later when im drunk (About 340 grams) for an expected nightly total of about 1900

So yesterday I went out to a fundraiser supper thing. Had home made perogies and sausage, with sour cream and onions in butter and bacon bits :O
Im just gonna go ahead and say 2000 to be safe

And I had 2 porkchops with a lire of milk, so another 1000.

Yesterday was a 3000 day :\, but the perrogies, home made - worth it.


Today will be better.

Started off with a sandwich, 300
Sub from Subway, 600
Coffee 1 C 1 S, 150

Gonna have about 400 worth of chicken later, and a couple banas at 160

Totdays total will be about 1600 lol

Well I got warn and 24 hour ban for posting a pic of farva getting hosed down in super troopers and his pecker was showing lolol

ANYWAYS

Yesterday:

450 breakfast
300 lunch (SmartOnes lasagna, but didnt fully finish it)
600 supper (Pork chops again lol)
80 for a banana

Had a 1430 day, much wow

Anyways, today:

450 breakfast
290 lunch (SmartOnes)
500 supper (BBQ chicken :O)
had 2 chocolates at work box said 50 each so 100

So far am at 1340, im sure ill be snacking on some fruit later - might have a bit more chicken. Not gonna go above 1600 today.

well had an exciting weekend lol. Friday night I spent the night in jail, and im just ending a 3 day JSP suspension.

So Friday:

Regular breakfast 450
skipped lunch
sub from subway 600
shared a bit of Calamari and dry ribs with a friend, so ill say 800
2 beers 300

2150

Saturday

porkchops, 500
2 potatos and some sausage, 900
litre of milk, 450
banana, 80

Total, 1940

Today:

Decided to have a cheat day, ate 3/4 of a pizza and soome wings. Only the one meal though, so ill say 2800.
