450 regular breakfast
290 pasta with marinara and cheese
420 porkchops (110 cal per 100g, 380g)

Only at 1160 so far, gonna drink a liter of milk at 440 to put me to 1600 and then we'll say a pear and an apple to go to 1775

Yesterday I actually didnt have any milk so yeah my number yesterday was 1300

Supper had a steak, salad with a no fat vinaigrette, and steamed veggies for 410
And then I had a big beer for 400

Well for some reason I slept until 7 PM tonight, bogus.

So I only ate some chicken breast kebobs, 6x70=420
had a coffee=150
Snacks on 5-6 deep fried mushrooms and 2 deep fried jalapeno boppers=probably 300
6 beers=900

1770

Might drink 6 more beers tonight, well see...

ok so everything got fucked up after last night, cause I tried to pull an all nighter but passed out at 1 PM and woke up at 8 PM, *sigh* lol

So last night I ended up with 12 beers and 4 ounces of rye for a total of 2970, I guess yesterday was my cheat day lol

Today had an egg sandwich, 2 slices of toast, a cheese slice, and 5 eggs = 600
coffee = 150
2 small chps and 2 kebobs = 300
Steak = 720

Total

1500, prolly gonna make a 100 cal popcorn and have a couple apples later for a solid 1800.

Didnt have anything after supper last night so only 1500 yesterday

Today

450 (Regular breakfast)
250 (Penne with grilled chicken and brocolli)
450 (Leftover chicken breast, equal to what I had last night)

Only at 1150 I guess, will likely need something a bit later =\ but for now definitely not hungry.

So im gonna be for real here...

I had a coffee after the 1150 so 1300 total...

Now after that I am now on vacation back visiting my friends for 2 concerts and a trivia competition which I used to basically live for, and then a party thrown in my honor with everyone from my old town invited basically and then sunday a family easter supper to end my vacation.

tl;dr this means I will be consuming copious amounts of beer and on Sunday home cooked but calorie huge food.

I WILL NOT FEEL BAD ABOT ANY CONSUMPTION OVER THE NEXT WEEK AND I REALIZE THIS WILL SUBTRACT A FEW LBS LOST FROM MY NEXT WEIGH IN BUT THIS IS GOING TO BE AN AMAZING WEEK AND ITS WORTH IT!!

OK back to normal. Gonna have to be super good for the next couple of weeks cause my god I drank a TON...

Today:

Not gonna go much higher thats for sure lol, gonna try stay between 1200-1500 until my next weigh in to make up for vacation time.

was at a thing for work and they bought subway so I at least got to choose my own lol, got my regular 600 one.
360 small portion of steak for supper.


1410 today. Decent.

e/ I do split up the sub in to 2 separate 300 portions at 1 and then at 3, figure it makes sense if you want more but smaller meals anyways lol
